Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint we couldn't resolve, you can raise it with the Dutch supervisory authority for consumer matters, the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so it is no longer applicable.
